Every summer Teton Adaptive connects local, visiting and regional athletes with outdoor achievement goals. We provide funding, gear and human support for adaptive athletes seeking peak achievements. Dream big and plan an adaptive adventure that pushes your boundaries. We will do what we can to help support you!

Lucas Onan vs. the Teton Picnic

Born with Arthrogryposis (limited use of left arm), Lucas Onan doesn’t limit himself, especially when conquering athletic endeavors such as the Teton Picnic. An alpine start at Jackson’s Town Square, he and two fellow athletes cycled to Jenny Lake in Grand Teton National Park, swam across it, climbed the Grand Teton and then did the whole thing in reverse for a total of 42 miles of biking, 2.6 miles of open water swimming, and 20 miles of hiking and climbing in 16 hours and 35 minutes! Anna Soens climbs Mt. Baker

On May 10, 2019 Anna Soens climbed and skied Mt. Baker via the Squak Glacier. With a challenging and long approach, big glaciers a lot of elevation gain, she became the first paraplegic athlete to summit Baker with a little help from her friends, support from Teton Adaptive and gummy bears.
