Teton Kids Skiing & Snowboarding
In partnership with JHMR and Teton Adaptive, the Teton County School District offers skiing and snowboarding programs for young adaptive athletes in Jackson!
Teton Kids adaptive skiing program teaches fun!
For almost 20 years, students with disabilities from Teton County School District schools have participated in Teton Kids, in partnership with JHMR, and fully funded by Teton Adaptive. Staff and volunteers teach students the fundamentals of skiing and snowboarding over the course of 10 weeks. After skiing in the Teton Kids Program, local kids are eligible to participate in Special Olympics Area games and State Championships.
